When the personal and social resources available to an individual exceed his personal capability to handle them, he experiences stress. Thus, the primary solution to eradicate or manage stress lies in finding out its cause. Until and unless, the correct reason for stress is not diagnosed, a person cannot get rid of stress.
All individuals don’t experience stress in the same manner. However, no individual can be totally devoid of stress. It is one of the most common things that take place in the lives of common men.
